I use it so much more than I initially thought I would, and it helps us streamline our busy days. I’m actually getting so used to asking Alexa to do things that I wish I could automate *everything* that goes on in the kitchen.

My favorite ways to use the Amazon Echo Show are to ask what the weather is for the day, add to my lists, and check in on the kids when they are playing upstairs through the Nest camera. I didn’t know that you can have a few lists going at one time, so if you need to add to a grocery list but also a general to do list, you can do both!
Justin usually empties the dishwasher first thing in the morning and asks Alexa to give him his morning briefing. This is a customizable feature that gives you a little snapshot of news, sports, or any other topic you may be interested in hearing about. It’s a way to get up to speed on what is happening in the world. He also uses it to play music when he’s cooking breakfast for the kids, and I have to tell you the sound quality is pretty incredible. ...
