Easy to Wear Swimsuits (mom-friendly!)

one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight
I don’t know about you, but my days of laying in the sun are long gone. Not only is that impossible with two little boys, but I don’t enjoy it as much as I used to when I was younger. I’d MUCH rather sit in the shade versus cooking in the sun no matter how much SPF I’m wearing.
So my bathing suits have to be kid/play friendly and also something I feel comfortable in. I love a one piece and am so happy to see that there are so many cute options out there now. I also love a high neck since I’m bending over picking up kids, and actively playing with them!
I bought this one last year at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and really love it. The pattern is flattering and it feels great on. I also found a scalloped trim one that I really love too! But if you remember, I discovered rash guards last summer as well, and pretty much wore mine nonstop anytime I was in the pool, with or without the kids. It is SO much easier than slathering on sunscreen over and over again, and it didn’t feel hot like I thought it would. I think I’m going to look for a nicer one this year as the one I got on Amazon was a bit cheap and doesn’t coordinate well with my other swimsuits.
Honestly, if this one had long sleeves, I’d be all OVER that suit. This one has long sleeves, but the back is open so I’d just need to make sure I applied sunscreen to that area!
Are you going on a trip this spring&quo...
