It shouldn’t shock anyone that the egg white in this threw me a little bit, BUT I have to admit it was lighter and more refreshing than I thought it would be! I totally see the appeal of this drink, especially on a warm, summer evening. Jordan shared a story with us about when she had this drink in Europe and as someone who photographs special moments for her career, it’s no question that this fizz will be a perfect drink for a special moment.

JoJo?s On-The-Floor Fizz

Makes 1 cocktail

2 oz London Dry Gin

1oz Simple Syrup
1-2oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1-2oz Fresh Lime Juice

1 Egg White (optional)

Splash of Heavy Cream (optional)

Club Soda to Top

Combine gin, simple syrup, lemon & lime juice, egg white & heavy cream. Shake vigorously for 1 minute. Add ice, shake even more vigorously for an additional minute or until frothy *making sure to use a firm grip*. Strain over ice, and top with Club Soda. The post Creative Summer Cocktails ?
