This was the type of drink that was as refined, refreshing, and delightful as spending time with Amanda feels. She took care to include delicate details that took this drink to an elevated level. I’m not usually a gin girl, but this spritz was amazing. I genuinely look forward to when I can have one again.

Amanda’s Myer Lemon Lillet Spritz

Makes 1 cocktail

2 oz Lillet Blanc 

2 oz Gin
1 oz fresh squeezed Meyer lemon juice

½ oz (1 T) simple syrup

2 oz unflavored sparkling water 

Sprig of thyme and an orange slice
