I couldn’t quite tell from the website, so I was pleasantly surprised to discover how cozy this black puffer coat is from Madewell. I have a fair amount of lightweight jackets, so a thicker puffer like this one was the perfect option for when the temperatures really drop here in North Carolina.

I’m wearing some of my favorite black jeans, a stretchy ribbed turtleneck (that I sized up in, though I wish I had gotten my true medium), and some chunky boots.
I grabbed my favorite sunglasses, the Ashcroft in black, and added small thick hoops for jewelry.

I’ve also got my eyes on this pretty blue sweater. And I found a shorter puffer jacket if you prefer a shorter length than that of this black one.
