5 Ways To Switch Off And Get A Better Night's Sleep

I love sleeping. In fact, have I told you about the time when I was little and my Mum said to me 'what's your favourite thing to do"' I replied 'sleeping.' My Mum was like ' but shouldn't it be spending time with your family and friends"' I was like 'Nah.'
So sleeping has always been in my top five fave things to do (you know it's up there with eating and being on a beach) but sometimes I find it hard to actually get to sleep.
Once I'm asleep, I'm loving life (apart from when I have very very weird dreams) but getting to that point is a bit trickier for me. I have been able to master getting to sleep a little better recently however, and I thought I'd share some things that have been genuinely helping me. Please be aware, that of course I have don't have sleep issues, I know there's some of you out there who can't sleep at all, so this is more of trying to teach myself to switch off, and I am very lucky that these have worked for me. Just a little disclaimer there.
1. No Technology
