Hey guys :) today i have my first halloween makeup tutorial of this year! I created this NEON SKULL which was inspired by neon lighting. I wanted to create something a little more unique compared to some of the more realistic skull looks that I've seen. Let me know what other easy looks you'd like to see me do!
(just adding this in here lol, i did NOT see James Charles ' tutorial until a subscriber pointed out that my look was similar to his... this look was recorded before he even posted, so please do not assume the worst. I love giving credit to other artists, and although his skull look is amazing, id be lying if i said i had seen it before i had posted mine.
