PPS - as I mention I am NOT a professional at working out - clearly. I've been in the gym my whole life. maybe my form isn't "perfect" but its something I will work on so thank you for pointing it out! this is what has worked for me. If you are new to working out I def recommend checking out proper form videos on youtube from actual trainers. We are not professionally trained.
