What I Do In The Evening To Unwind
So can someone please tell me where the weekend went please" One minute it was Friday and now here I am writing this up on Sunday evening watching Bride Wars ( just watching to research in case anyone gets in my way HAHA Joking... I promise)
Anyway, when you read this, it will be Monday, which potentially is on of the worst days of week, so I thought what better day to talk about my favourite ways to de stress and un wind after a long (rubbish) day.
Working Out: Usually if I've been feeling particularly stressed, I will try to go to a fitness class in the evening as this is one way that I find is so good for de stressing. I always feel so much better after getting out of the house and dancing around for an hour haha. Like I mentioned in my fitness post last week, I'm a big fan of classes like Clubberise which makes working out actually quite fun.
Having A Bath: If I can't be bothered to exercise, or when I come back, and I still don't feel de stressed. I find that having a bath always, always helps. I do say that a bath can pretty much solve anything.
