Ways To Fake A Good Night?s Sleep
Recently, I?ve been having trouble sleeping. I?m not sure what it is, but I?ve been pretty restless and I don?t know about you, but there is nothing worse than waking up looking tired after a bad night?s sleep. When I?m tired, my whole face gives me away, and I spend the next day feeling rubbish. So, I?ve been trying to take steps to ensure that I don?t wake up feeling and looking bleh. I?ve found the key to this is by performing a little pamper routine that I have perfected before I go to bed.
This routine ensures that I wake up looking a little less tired even if I?ve had a restless night?s sleep. Today I thought I?d share the things that help me fake looking like I?ve had my beauty sleep, I thought this may be helpful, especially with Christmas just around the corner which means later nights, thanks to Christmas parties and end of year deadlines.
So, let?s start shall we!Having a Pamper Shower/Bath So, something I?ve found that works really well for me, is having a nice chilled shower or bath before bed. This helps to relax me which then, hopefully means I?ll get a good night?s sleep. I tend to wash my hair, exfoliate, shave and this all helps me to feel better when I wake up in the morning. I always find my skin looks a little dry and dull when you?ve had a bad night?s sleep so this helps to keep my skin feeling smooth which does make a difference.
