Spring Trench Coats
booties, bag, jeans, trench, stripe tee (similar), earrings, sunglasses, hairstyle tutorial
In honor of the near constant rain Raleigh has had for the past week or so I thought I’d round up some of my favorite trench coats for spring.
You know how some purchases are just engrained in your memory for some reason" I remember buying a $100 trench coat from Gap at a mall in the city I went to college in. It was one of the more expensive purchases I had made and I recall being on the phone with my mom while trying it on in the dressing room.
“You’ll have a trench coat for years, they never go out of style,” she said.
She was right. I bought it and owned it for 10 years! I replaced it with a beautiful option that I found on Amazon that came with a hood. That was my only complaint about the previous trench, but I realize a lot of trenches don’t come with hoods. For ease with toting around children, I wanted a hood so I didn’t have to carry an umbrella.
one, two, three, four (a great price!), five, six
I love a classic camel colored trench, but I have to admit the soft pink options are really pretty as well. In this case I think pink can really work as a neutral since the jacket is such a timeless piece.
