Spring Style: Shoes
I’m admittedly not much of a shoe girl. I’ve always preferred simple, neutral shoes that complete an outfit without being the star of the show, you know what I mean"
I much prefer having fun with tops, makeup, or even colorful handbags.
So when it comes to shoes, I get the most wear out of neutral, easy to wear, instantly comfortable options! I included a leopard pair in the graphic because I love a moment of print or pattern in certain shoes, but I also have a few nude options in a similar style too!
One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, EightÂ
My most worn shoes these days are sneakers. I will either choose my Sam Edelman Aubrie sneakers, my Vince Janna sneaker, or a newer pair I’ve recently bought from Target, the Kalliope sneaker. Beyond these three, if I’m feeling festive, I’ll wear these Tory Burch Howell sneakers! The floral laces make them feel fun and feminine. I’ve had my eye on these neutral slip-on sneakers from Birdies for a few weeks but they’ve been sold out. But I saw these slip-on sneakers from Caslon at Nordstrom and ordered them right away. I love that they have a mule feel without being totally flat (I really don’t love wearing flats). They have been a great addition to my wardrobe and replaced the desire to get the Birdies. If you don’t like a backless shoe, the Birdies option does look like a really nice option for spring!
