One Piece, Three Ways : Paperbag Waist Pants
I first dipped my toe into the waters of wider leg pants with a linen pair from Target that were so very comfortable. I hesitated with wide legs since my lower half is the larger part of my body, but I found them to accentuate my smaller waist and ultimately be quite flattering!
I wanted to find a cropped version, though, and I finally found a great pair that is comfortable, versatile, and flattering. I didn’t want a wide or straight leg all the way down, but I also didn’t want them to gather too tight around the calf either. These Paperbag Waist Pants from Madewell are a dream and I’m sharing 3 different ways to wear them in today’s post.
Option One: Date Night
This was the easiest outfit to put together since it was black on black. I love that it’s a non-dress option for date night that could also work at the office with a nice blazer. H&M is a great place to find very low priced camisoles and satin tanks that work beautifully on their own or pair very well with a blazer or sweater.
