On going to bed at the same time and upping my toothbrush game

Earlier in our marriage, Justin and I didn’t always go to bed at the same time. He was still in undergrad and often studied late on campus. And then when my sister and I started our jewelry business, I would stay up late into the night watching Netflix while making jewelry.
It wasn’t a problem for us, but we just didn’t make it a priority to go to bed at the same time! Since having kids, we’ve gotten in the habit of shutting down for the evening together. Neither of us like to stay up late anymore, plus he gets up around 5 AM to go to the gym every morning. So usually around 8:45pm or so we’ll head upstairs to get ready for bed.
