But what about the lasting remnants from overindulging over the festive period" If you're smashing it in the gym already, you've probably got the effects below the neck covered, but I for one always notice that my skin seems to hate me in the new year, and becomes especially sensitive. Too much cheese, chocolate and alcohol over the past few weeks and I've got breakouts on my chin and my skin looks a little angry to say the least. So today I wanted to share with you all my tips for rejuvenating your skin in the new year, whether it's with skincare, food, or hydration. First up for skincare.
