If you had to ask me what time of year is my favourite time for make up, I would say Christmas without even thinking. Let me tell you why, cause you know this is very important. Basically I love Christmas because it's the one time of the year where you can wear as much glitter as you want and no one can say a word. No one can mutter 'eh are you off to a disco"' in fact, in December, glitter is as normal as wearing jeans. And who doesn't love wearing judge free glitter"

So I thought I'd share some of my favourite Christmas-y make up items, perfect for parties, festivities and well whatever else you get up to at Christmas. So let's get on with it shall we"

So let's start with a bronzer that has been helping me to warm up my complexion this winter. I can never seem to get my foundation colours right at the moment and because I fake tan, it can mean that foundation can be a bit of a pain to match. So I've been using The Body Shop's Honey Bronzing Drops which help to warm up my foundation and also give my skin a bit of a sun kissed glow. Which is very hard to achieve in the winter! I've been using these so much and they've meant that I only need to wear one foundation as this will just make it darker when I've fake tanned, so they have been a must have this Winter for me.
Next up is highlighter, now I am a highlighter fiend every day of the year, but I do tend to go a little more OTT during the Christmas time. Because if you can't go OTT with your highlighter...
