I’m excited to introduce you to Julia, my summer intern! Nicole has been out on maternity leave, so a few months ago I started the search for someone to step into some of Nicole’s roles! A lot of her tasks are admin related, so I was looking for someone extremely organized to offset my extreme disorganization, but I also wanted someone who I enjoyed spending time with and had things in common with.
She was a perfect fit! Anyway, we thought a fun way to introduce her would be through a links + loves post! So Julia, take it away!

My friend told me about these soapbox soaps – and shampoos/conditioners/body washes – you can pick them up at Target, and every purchase you make donates a bar of soap or a month of clean water to someone in need, with a unique “hope code” on every item to track the good your purchase is doing. It is refreshing in times of hurt and turmoil to remember that there is still a lot of love out there. . . .
This mint pineapple lemonade is perfect for hot, humid summers. I’m daydreaming of drinking it by the pool in one of these (whenever they get re-stocked in those fun, punchy colors!).

This shop  just makes me feel happy every time I look through the inventory. The store is Raleigh based, and I love supporting local businesses. I am a sucker for elegant simplicity, and Anna Eaves, the ceramist and owner of Arrow + Sage, has mastered that skill (I love this jewelry dish!).
