It’s hard to get into the clothes/style of the next season when it’s 100 degrees outside. You simply cannot imagine how hot it was the day we shot these photos. I was working on a fall-ish project so I had to wear these pants!
I was at a styling appointment at Trunk Club in Chicago recently and my stylist brought out these pants for me to try. I loved the color, as it’s a bit lighter than another pair of more structured green pants that I own, and thought they would be a great summer into fall option. They are thin too, and have a very slight bit of stretch. I found the lace top at Target in Wisconsin and haven’t found it around these parts yet! I love it! I’m going to try wearing it over a few dresses that I have so I can get a few other uses out of it, but in the meantime I kept it simple with this easy, neutral outfit.
