Know your body type
In order to feel comfortable in your own body, you should first take time and really get to know your body type. This way, you will understand where you are most likely to put on weight, but also which clothes are best for you. If you have a thin waist, you can emphasize it by wearing pencil skirts and statement belts, shapely legs will look great in skinny jeans and knee-high boots, while those with extra weight around the middle should choose shirts and dresses with empire waist. When you wear clothes that complement your body type, you will feel confident and comfortable.
