I say that with confidence as today, I'm changing up the usual hot chocolate recipe for a pink hot chocolate one, yes that's right, pink hot chocolate. What" How"

Well let me tell you.

First things first, this isn't like usual hot chocolate, it's made with white chocolate and milk, so it's a different taste to what you may be used to. Personally, I'm not sure if I'll be making this too often, but it sure is pretty and if you're a big white chocolate fan, then you will probably love this!

What You Will Need : 

Milk of choice (oat milk is my milk of choice in case you were wondering, but you probably weren't) 
White Chocolate (use your fave white chocolate i.e milky bar, green & blacks, etc.... )  Vanilla Essence 
Pink Food Colouring 
Whipped Cream 
Decorations of choice : I have gone for pink sprinkles and snowflakes of course. 
What You Need To Do : 
Pop about 500ml of milk (which will make two drinks) into a saucepan to warm up. 
Drop in your white chocolate, you will probably need quite a lot, so add some in, taste and keep going till you get your desired taste. Add a couple of drops of vanilla essence too.
Then once the chocolate is dissolved, and the milk has warmed up, add in a few drops of food colouring to get the pink effect.
Pour into glasses, and try to avoid spilling all over the counter top like I did. 
Add your whipped cream...
