I grew up in the north, so wintertime was the season of the year that you tried to do everything inside. It was the most severe, temperature-wise, and it felt like it lasted forever!
Now that I’ve lived in the south for over 10 years, I’ve learned that the dead of summer is the hardest season. It’s oppressively hot and humid, so I find myself looking for things to do inside as much as possible. The only way to be comfortable while outside is in a body of water.
When it comes to dressing for 100 temperatures, I keep it simple and light. I try to avoid layers and often choose dresses or skirts so I can avoid having a layer of clothing touching my body.
