(Preheat oven to 180c / 356f first!)
Cupcakes:

? 370g / 13oz sugar
? 1 tea spoon vanilla essence
? 4 eggs
? 400g / 14.1oz self raising flour
? 250ml / 1.7 cups milk
Decorating:
? 300g / 10.6oz icing sugar
? 170g / 6oz butter
? 100ml / 0.4 cups milk
? Red & green food colouring
? Piping bag + star nozzle
? Dr Oetker White Designer Icing
? "Ready to roll" red icing
? White Chocolate Stars
